Monique Figueroa was 28 years old when she vanished from Littlerock, California, on May 19, 2015. She was last seen by her father at approximately 4:00 AM as she drove away from her home in the 7200 block of East Avenue U-12.
Her vehicle, a burgundy 2004 Mercedes-Benz SUV, was discovered abandoned eleven days later on May 30, 2015. The car was found in an abandoned shed in the Juniper Hills area under highly suspicious circumstances.
Case Details:
Monique was the mother of a two-year-old daughter at the time of her disappearance. Family members reported her missing several days after she left home, noting that her sudden absence was completely out of character.
Homicide investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department believe she disappeared under suspicious circumstances and that there were signs of foul play. She is currently presumed dead by authorities.
