Ranelle Bennett
Ranelle Rose Bennett, often called “Tiny,” vanished on June 15, 2021, from her residence in Hogback, New Mexico. She was last seen around 10:00 a.m. getting into a vehicle with people described as “friends”.
Ranelle was supposed to attend her daughter’s 10th birthday celebration in Farmington that day, but she never arrived and has not been heard from since.
Three months after her disappearance, family members discovered Ranelle’s shoes and sweater along a dirt road in the northern Shiprock area.
These items were turned over to law enforcement, but no major updates have been released regarding forensic findings.
While a former boyfriend was questioned, no suspects have been officially named, leaving her family with few answers.
Even small pieces of information—a detail about the vehicle she entered, a sighting in the Shiprock area, or a conversation overheard within the community—could provide the breakthrough needed. Investigators believe that someone may hold knowledge about her movements that morning that could finally lead to her location.
Ranelle’s disappearance has deeply impacted her two children and her mother, who now serves as their legal guardian. Her family continues to advocate for her through rallies and search efforts, refusing to let her case go cold.
Raising awareness remains vital to ensuring that Ranelle’s story is not forgotten and that justice is eventually served.
