Camila Olmos
The Bexar County Medical Examiner has confirmed that the body found near FM 1560 is nineteen‑year‑old Camila Mendoza Olmos.
She had been missing since the morning of December 24, 2025, after leaving her home in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring.
Surveillance from 6:58 AM showed her looking inside her vehicle for something before the footage ended. Her car stayed at the home, and investigators believe she walked away with only her car key and possibly her driver’s license.
Camila was last seen wearing a baby‑blue and black hoodie, baby‑blue pajama bottoms, and white shoes. Her mother said she often took morning walks but became worried when she didn’t return.
A passing driver’s dash‑cam later recorded a pedestrian believed to be Camila walking northbound on Wildhorse Parkway around 7:00 AM. That remains the final confirmed sighting.
Deputies and FBI agents found her body during a second sweep of a field near a landscaping business close to her neighborhood. A firearm belonging to a family member was recovered nearby.
The sheriff’s office processed the scene and later confirmed identity and manner of death through the medical examiner.
