Later that evening, security footage captured her walking her dog near the Hope + Flower high‑rise. Her dog was found alone on the 28th floor, but Heidi was never seen leaving the building.
No confirmed sightings or updates have surfaced since that night. Her vehicle was later found abandoned in a nearby garage, deepening concerns of foul play.
Investigators discovered forensic evidence inside the high‑rise that suggested she never made it out. A large‑scale landfill search followed, but no remains were recovered.
