She was last seen around 5 a.m. after recently moving from Rochester with her family.<br><br>Deputies say she left the house on her own and does have a history of running away. She has not been seen since she walked out that morning.<br><br>Izzy is 5&#8217;3&#8243; and about 110 pounds. She has long black hair and brown eyes.<br><br>She was last seen wearing a black jacket and black UGG boots. Deputies are asking residents to stay alert for any possible sightings.<br><br><strong>If you have information about the whereabouts of Israel \u201cIzzy\u201d Murinda, please call 800\u2011394\u20114560.
